The Center of Excellence for European Studies has organized with the Artillery Academy of Segovia the third cycle of European Studies. This course is aimed at the “Caballeros Alfereces Cadetes” of 4th Training Course of the Artillery to join the Official Range of the Army.
It took place from January to April of 2013 and consisted of six sessions that addressed advanced issues in law, economics or international relations, with the following program:

- The new European Banking regulatory framework. Towards the solution of the crisis in Spain (February 22, 2013). Pablo Diaz de Rabago, Associate Professor at the IE Business School.
