Seminar “Intellectual Property and Internet: a challenged for Europe”

On March, 5, 2012 the Center for European Studies/IE organized a seminar titled as “Intellectual Property and Internet: a challenged for Europe” with the participation of Rafael Sanchez Aristi, professor of Civil Law at the University Rey Juan Carlos, and Javier de la Cueva, intellectual property lawyer. The seminar discussed the peculiarities of the fragmented European legislation on the subject due in part of issues of technical nature. Following both interventions, a debate took place, moderated by Pedro Letai, professor of IE Law School.
