SEMINAR: “The scope of application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union – article 51 and the current case-law of the European Court of Justice”

On May 5, 2014 , the Center for European Studies/IE organized the seminar on ” The scope of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union – Article 51 and the current jurisprudence of current case-law of the European Court of Justice” . The lecturers were Angela Ward, référendaire at the European Court of Justice, Daniel Thym, Jean – Monnet -Chair of European , International and Public law at University of Konstanz . and the chair of the debate of was Daniel Sarmiento, référendaire at the European Court of Justice and Professor of Administrative Law at UCM.
