Conference: “The Lisbon Treaty: ¿quién gana y quién pierde en la nueva Unión Europea? (The Lisbon Treaty: who are the winners and losers in the new European Union?)”

The keynote address in the conference held on February 4, 2010 on the winners and losers of the Lisbon Treaty was given by José M. de Areilza, Dean of IE Law School and Director of the Jean Monnet-IE Chair. The conference examined new legal and political aspects of the latest reforms of the EU treaties, and the redistribution of power among Brussels’ institutions, as well as new features of European rules of the game and common policies.

This conference has been corganized with IE Law School Executive Education.
