On October 24, 2011, the Center for European Studies-IE organized a debate on Jose Ignacio Torreblanca’ book, “La fragmentación del poder europeo” (Estudios de Política Exterior e Icaria & Antrazyt, Madrid, 2011). In addition to Jose Ignacio Torreblanca, Enrique Mora Benavente, director of Gabinete de Análisis y Previsión from the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Jordi Vaquer, Director of the Center for International Affairs Barcelona participated in the seminar.
